UPDATE: June stipend will be paid shortly – Npower tells anxious volunteers

N-Power team has told beneficiaries that June stipend will be paid shortly. The team urged the beneficiaries to exercise patience. This was the response given on their twitter handle to beneficiaries who recently asked why they have not been paid the June stipend.

N-Power is a social-economic programme established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in order to create job and empowerment opportunities for the unemployed youths across Nigeria.

N-Power was established in 2016 by the Federal Government. It has enrolled 500,000 beneficiaries since its creation.
