JUST IN: Minister gives progress report on N-Power Batch A and B Transition

As tens of thousands of Outgoing N-Power Batch A and B Beneficiaries are eagerly waiting their fate, Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hajia Sadiya Farooq has just provided an update concerning what her ministry have been up to as per the trasition program. 

Before now Nigerians have been wondering whether the Minister is not doing anything at all concerning the disengaged beneficiaries, it may interest you to know that she has been up and doing, as she reveal that her team have already started talking to stake holders to make the transition successful.

Hajia Faroq discloses on her verified Twitter account that;

My team and I continue to interface with stakeholders to ensure a successful transition for the @npower_ng.

Regarding the 2020 batch C beneficiaries that would soon be absorbed, she said over 4 million Nigerians have already applied within the first two weeks of opening the application portal. 

It has been 16 days since the portal opened and we have received 4.48 million applications to date.
