Kwara government launch free digital training for youths | Apply now
@followKWSG has announced a three-week virtual digital training for youths as part of its ongoing efforts to drive innovation and give young people the skills of the future, a statement said on Monday.
Digital Kwara is an initiative of the Kwara state government to accelerate innovation and digital transformation in Kwara state. It is the youth-focused components of Kwara state social investment programmes (KWASSIP). The programme will train 30,000 young Kwarans in foundational digital skills, while an additional 1,500 youths will be trained in advanced digital skills such as machine learning and artificial intelligence over 3 years. The aim of the programme is to expose Kwara youths to globally sought-after digital skills and position them for available employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in and beyond tech.
