Photo Report From The Scene As Schools Resume In Oyo State Today

Following the recent declaration of The Federal Government that schools accross the country may resume, Oyo state government has finally opened schools for final year students in primary and secondary school.

Governor Seyi Makinde who has been making the move to open schools for the past weeks, having eventually achieved his aim by taking the lead as the first state Government to start academics activities after Covid-19 lockdown.

The school for the state was only opened for primary 6, Jss3 and Ss3 students who are preparing to write their final exams.

The state government makes sure strictly adherence to covid-19 protocol was duelly observed as schools resume accross the state.

Students observe social and physical distancing, wash and sanitize their hands as well as using face shield and nose masks.

However, this is a very big step that deserves an applause as the state took the first lead in opening schools.
