Mobile application building is one of the fast technological driven niche that has been utilized by so many technologists and application builders.

According to Honourable Minister of Youths and Sports, Sunday Dare; there are over 2.7 billion smartphone users cross the world, which shows that the mobile application industry is thriving.

Hence, there are also millions of applications on the internet for these smart phones that are proliferating daily.

Subsequently, it should be noted that all applications created are made to solve a problem, hence the Nigerian government has opened a registration portal for all Nigerians to enter into a 60 day App Challenge, by creating an application that could solve a problem.

According to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, 1 Million naira will be won by up to 10 Nigerians who can create a mobile application that can solve a problem.

Hence, Nigerians who are technological inclined are hereby advised to utilize this opportunity as the entry will close on the 12th of August 2020.
