This booklet has been compiled by the Early Years Interboard panel in response to requests bypractitioners in Early Years settings for guidelines on provision and progression in play.
The methodology and suggested progression in this document is appropriate for the proposed
Foundation Stage as recommended by CCEA.
It is proposed that teachers will use this resource as a starting point for their own planning.
